Fujitsu have an official service centre in Sydney but we back ourselves to turn around repairs very quickly here in Perth. We can source parts for the complete Fujitsu Lifebook range of Notebook and Tablet PCs. (Once they had funky names; the Urban, the Fashion, the Sophistication series. Now they're just ÔA Series', ÔP Series', ÔL Series'). Fujitsu have a strong history with Tablet PCs and offer slate and convertible tablet notebooks including the Stylistic. We'll be able to help you with a Quattro or a Tercel. Their ultrabooks have a good reputation for reliability and business-oriented design (fingerprint scanner etc).

They offer a 2 year warranty; but this doesn't cover accidental damage. In that case you may consider dropping in to our East Perth workshop.

As with a lot of notebooks, power connectivity is an issue. Loose connections; that sort of thing. Components sometimes work loose inside over time, particularly the wireless NIC (network) card. If we get one like this we just hardwire it in.

Other problems include LCD screen damage, backlight failure and the old Ôwhat the hey, there goes my motherboard' problem. Overall, the Fujitsus compare well on quality.
