We can source parts for the complete Fujitsu Lifebook range of Notebooks, from the tiny Urban to the Fashion, Affinity, Excellence and Sophistication series. They don't make one called the Banal or the Mundane but if they did we'd service that too. Fujitsu have a strong Tablet PC presence and we repair the cute little Stylistic as well as the more common Personality and the Transcend. We can repair the M1010 Netbooks as well though they're a bit new at present and Fujitsu offer a 2 year warranty; most get sent back to Fujitsu for warranty repair.
It's also the case that Fujitsu have a good reputation for reliability so we don't really see a lot of them.
As with a lot of notebooks, power connectivity is an issue. Loose connections; that sort of thing. There are particular reports of this with the Sophistication (S Series). Other problems include components working loose inside, particularly the wireless NIC (network) card. If we get one like this we just hardwire it in.
Other relevant problems include LCD screen damage, backlight failure and the old what the hey, there goes my motherboard' problem.
